slimakwielki Posted April 18, 2010 Posted April 18, 2010 While doing some training fly I wanted to check what would happen once I switched off all fuel pumps. I was hoping as naturally to lose both engines, however that didnt happen and dont happen at all ! You can increase collective and ka50 acts as normal (with fuel pumps on). Is it a bug or there is some kind of logic/technical stuff behind it?
Nate--IRL-- Posted April 18, 2010 Posted April 18, 2010 The fuel is fed by suction from the engines, the pumps are to kickstart that feed IIRC. Nate 1 Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
