radio comms

Why cant i use radio communications ??? back slash does nothing , neather any other command , its as if its miising from the game :helpsmilie:

Must be somekind of keyboard incompatibility with your keynoard. Have you checked what key is mapped in the Flaming Cliffs options?

Yep checked that ,in the flaming cliffs 2 options menu,then controlls , the backslash is set to keybord= comms menu ??? as i said i get no comms atall its as if they dont exist . it all worked fine in flaming cliffs 1 .....

Broken key? Special keyboard? Special software for the keyboard? Special software that assist your game controllers?

Possible problem with any of the above?

 

Try to remap com's to another key and see how it works.

Standard qwerty keybord , English UK. Game software ,Thrustmaster, foxy,saitek and natural point..

Ah, that explains it - I assumed the english keyboard had the keys in the correct place. Here on a scandinavian keyboard I use ' for coms - which is \ on a US keyboard.

We're quite accustomed to think "use the US key representation while in a game", it's been like that for ever ;)
