I just checked - as long as TrackIR is active, mouse look doesn't work for me, but mouse zoom is available with LALT+C. When I disable TrackIR or move the Track-cap out of the view point for some time, mouse look becomes available as well. Just a wild guess here, but do you use TrackIR? Other than that, I can't really help you.
Frederf Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 LAlt+C cycles between three modes; mouse view, cursor, and view with cursor. LAlt+C is a changeable control so errors or changes to the controls can change this. The view panning by mouse is also a changeable control setting. Look in the options page under Controls > Axis Commands to see that the panning (non-absolute) are set to the mouse as you would expect. Even try rebinding them to make sure by (bind... jiggle axis) to really make sure that the software is aware of mouse axis movements.
