TrackIR is not working in FC2

I have just installed the FC2, and the TrackIR is not working in FC2. Back in FC1, we cam delete the input file, but there is no input file for TrackIR in the FC2. I did a search on the forum and find one or two post on the TrackIR topic. But they are too technical for me to understand. (I only know how to use compute to do homework for Uni and play Fly-sims):helpsmilie:

If you know how to fix this issue, please teach me. Thank a lot.

For proper functionality, TrackIR software needs to be update via the “Check for Game Updates” command in the TrackIR software.

I had the same problem. If you haven't sorted it by now, be sure to run both Track IR and FC2 as administrator if on Windows7.

My Track Ir is working in the cockpit but not outside, is this correct? Perfect in pit but have to use the mouse outside which can be a problem when flying. Thanks TC

The reason your trackir doesn't work is simple: you didn't read the manual and the manual says, in order to be able to use trackir you need to:
