Wondering If anyone got the "all-flyable" choopers hability. Using the Ka-50 cockpit but external 3d model and weapons of other choppers like the Hind or the Apache. Like we did long ago on Lock On.

Yes there are plenty of mods... I forgot names but I know there are ;)

Try forum, I reemember it was posted about half year ago... maybe earlier.

 

Also you can check Lock on files and lockon.uk there is also database for mods :)

I didnt find anything too :cry:

 

I know there some mods out there and there some closed servers with diffrent flyable Helos out there if this mod kind of secret or something maybe someone will pm me the mod adress ;)

It would be cool in some missions to have Human played SARH or Transport Helos even there is the "Wrong" Pit

Write PM to HungaroJet, he has created mod for all flyable choppers probably with working weapons. He didn't release it. But you can take a chance.

no one knows how the man ai flyable choppers make? three weeks ago I saw a server where you fly AH-64 apache could I would like to fly the transport choppers

Making chopper flyable is not so difficult. Real problem IMHO is avoiding non Ka-50 weapon usage blockade. As another flyables are clone of Ka-50... they can use only Ka-50 weapons. It is not so good... so the blockade has to be removed. In BS 1.0 you could fly Apache or Mi-28 and enjoy ATAKA and Hellfire as well ;]

I'm wrong I can in the editor missions uh-60a as players choose from've created a control with the name Ordener uh-60a, and written in the name of Aircraft lua uh-60a sorry bad english im a german

I think making other choppers flyable (with the KA-50 cockpit) couldn´t be a big problem. Remember the extra flyable aircraft mod for Flaming Cliffs2.

Black Shark has the same graphic engine.

 

But it´s possible to fire all unguided rockets, all free falling bombs and as western missiles the AGM65E Maverick and the AGM114 Hellfires.

Unfortunately you can´t launch any AA missile.

I have so far human cockpit yes. control folder created . I can in the missions Ordener ai choppers bet on client or players but if you sit in it you have no cockpit and kan the chopper will not start sorry bad english im a german

Did u make connections in customhuman.lua and aircraftsnames.lua?

 

I have done workable mod in 1.0... now after year I can't remind what I did exactly.... to get working chopper I changed many files. It takes time to rid what it was.

in the human custom lua I

Custom Human Data [PlaneType.AH_64A] = CWSType.iCWS_Ka_50

OK it seems correct. Can u choose client or player in Skill option?

If not you have to change:

 

function updateSkillsList()

local skills

if isPlayableUnit() then

skills = humanSkills

else

skills = aiSkills

end
