We had a practice session this past week to pick the pilot to fly for VEAO this year at VFAT (which will be announced today).

 

A few friends and family turned up to watch the demo and to see the VEAO jets in action.

As above!! looks great, some nice Lincolnshire fields, i love the high G turn, if only flight sims could pull that effect off as standard...

that high G effect is easy to create and to make it look realistic, the problem is to find a good argument to assign to it, to not have the same effect at the ground while taxiing, when pulling the stick hard, for example, if it's animated to appear at a hard pulling of the stick.

Yep skins have been a little retouched for FC2 Shags, but still looking as good as the originals.

 

I wish we could get the lights to be that bright, but still looks good in game.

Thats interesting, to prevent the effect on ground, you could make the effect dissapear when gears are out using the visibillity argument. So I guess it all comes down to good textures
