Bucic Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 If it was a printed manual like the one that came with Falcon4 I would have read it all the way through about 4 or 5 times by now. Digital version "I read what I had to.. the rest is a reference only if I get lost" :( Reading on mobile device is also a no-go for you? F-5E simpit cockpit dimensions and flight controls Kill the Bloom - shader glow mod Poor audio Doppler effect in DCS [bug] Trees - huge performance hit especially up close
Rusty_M Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Personally, I find reading so much on a screen of any sort of screen unpleasant. I suppose those e-readers are ok, but I don't have one. I can pretty much guarantee that i'd buy the printed manual if it is released. I found myself unable to learn the black shark start up procedure until I bought the physical manual. Boberro Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I had printed BS manual and I felt better... learning, reading and feeling you have big brick of paper :D I recommend to print manuals on paper, it is easier and better than reading in PDF on screen or mobile device. Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D ಠ_ಠ ツ
Rusty_M Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I'll wait for the final release before I print the manual. Also, i'll probably just be lazy and buy the printed manual if that is possible. StrongHarm Posted January 29, 2011 Author Posted January 29, 2011 Print the manual landscape/2/2. You'll print the whole thing on 167 pages. Here's how. 1 It's a good thing that this is Early Access and we've all volunteered to help test and enhance this work in progress... despite the frustrations inherent in the task with even the simplest of software... otherwise people might not understand that this incredibly complex unfinished module is unfinished. /light-hearted sarcasm
