Hi,

:helpsmilie:

It`s told in the manual that the jammer can be activated on the left console (never been able to activate the jammer function), never found that swicth. Tyger_SL AMG65 vidoe shows the jammer activated, but how and where is it :(

It's a switch on the CMS panel. There you can switch it to standby if the CMS is active.

Jammer operation itself is fully automatic and does not require pilot interaction.

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

Doesn't CMS Z-axix (default "-" key, or CMS push on TM Hotas WH) toggles between activated (apart from fully-automatic mode) / deactivated ? ECM pod has to be on station 1 or 11...

Yes. It's either activated automatically if the CMS mode switched is placed in auto, or by the CMS Hat Z-axis if in semi or manual modes.

JMR are On in the CMSP, the mode select dail have been set to everything, but off - still on the CMSC the JMR window say off and cant select any preprogramed SAM1 or 2 from the CMSC panel. Im not able to do anything that Tyger_SL do in his video no.1 (the last part) of video AMG65. Tyger_SL how do you do it? :D

In manual mode ECM programs are set by the switch on the CMSC next to the ECM status display. To activate the ECM you push down on the CMS hat (CMS Z axis). In semi mode the system will automatically select the best program to counter the threat, you still have to switch it on as in manual mode. In auto mode the system is totally automated and requires no pilot input.

Remember however, the CMS/ECM in A-10C in implemented in a far more realistic way then any other sim. The ECM pod is not simply an on/off system. It is there to jam a specific threat, it does not just stay on regardless as in other sims. Unless something is actually tracking you it won't do anything.
