JAG Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Hi, I'm planning to buy a ch fighterstick pro, but I'm not sure if it will fit properly on the base I made for the joystick. Please somebody could give me the measures of the base of the joystick? Thanks Quick guide to configure ABRIS and LCD mini monitor Quick Countermeasure Editor v1.3.0 Core i5 3570K 4.0Ghz | GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD | Crucial M4 120GB | 8GB DDR3 1600 MHZ | ASUS GTX 670 | AOC LED 23" | AOC LCD 24" | HYBRID DUAL THROTTLE (SAITEK THROTTLE QUADRANT + SUNCOM DUAL THROTTLE) | CH FIGHTERSTICK | SAITEK PRO PEDALS |
104th_Crunch Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 At the widest part of the base at the peak of the bezel (the very bottom is about 1/4" smaller) it is 7" long x 7 1/2" wide.

WildBillKelsoe Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 get a saitek X52, and CH dont have 3rd axis for torque/rudder.. AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
Allo Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 get a saitek X52, and CH dont have 3rd axis for torque/rudder.. I've had both :joystick: and although there is no twist rudder on the CH fighterstick, the precision between the two is vastly different. CH equipment is leaps and bounds ahead of the X-52. The aircraft moves exactly where you want it to. Definitely get some pedals later on though. 104th_Crunch Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 CH is way more precise than a X52 and you can buy CH pedals which are way more better to use than a twist stick.
WildBillKelsoe Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 wanna hear something funny? the other day I called CH by phone to inquire about this thing: http://www.chproducts.com/retail/whats_new.html the reaper GCS.. ;) The lady asked: are you an organisation? I said F*** no! She said this is a serious military sh** and if I tell you the price, then I'll have to kill you XD AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below.
