selective stores jettison

Swapping through DSMS, I noticed that there is a store jettison program that seems to be selective - e.g. drop that fuel tanks, leave the rest on board.

In the manual I didn´t find anything about it.

 

Does anyone know something about it, how to use it?

Ive found this cahpter and understand how to select the store to jettison but how do you actually jettison?

Selective Jettison Sub-Page

Accessed from OSB 4 on the Status page, this page is similar in appearance to the Inventory Main page, but allows you to select a weapons station with the associated OSB and jettison it. Weapon release is accomplished by depressing the weapon release button.

Tried this - doesnt seem to work????

Select Arm- Safe, Nose etc etc

Select type of eject STR, MSL etc

press weapon relese button .........Nada

Nope still not working even with Master arm on?

Can you attach a track? I did do a quick test last night and it worked as expected for me. I only used N/T arming, and I did both STR and RCK.

hmmmmm Just got it working in a air refueling mission. The mission I have tried it in before was the "sitting ducks" one. I tried to SJET some missles . bombs etc - no joy
