IvanK Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 (edited) MIG29 in FC2 how do I disconnect the Auto thrust ? I want to be able to fly with the Autopilot engaged but in manual thrust. It seems that as soon as the Autopilot engages so does the Auto thrust. Looking in the Keyboard settings No Keyboard control is assigned to auto thrust. I am using a single profile for all aircraft. J disengages Auto Thrust in the F15 just fine. Edited December 17, 2010 by IvanK

IvanK Posted December 17, 2010 Author Posted December 17, 2010 Thanks fitness88 I will give that a go. Kuky I tried a full reinstall. it made no diff. Using A to engage Autopilot. If there is a command airspeed in the HUD then Auto thrust engages and drives to the command airspeed. Auto thrust cannot be deselected manually. Auto pilot engagement without a command speed/Alt (like in Air to Air or General NAV without a waypoint) just gives Alt hold and Hdg Hold , AT doesn't have a target so doesnt engage.
