JAG Posted December 29, 2010 Posted December 29, 2010 Hi, this is my first mission and it's about an insurgent camp located in the mountains. There are two versions for the same mission, one to take off from the runway and the other one to start from the ramp. And there is a version in spanish too. Any comments or sugestions will be appreciated, hope you like it guys.Attack in the Mountains EN_RAMP.mizAttack in the Mountains EN_Runway.mizAtaque al Campamento Ramp.mizAtaque al Campamento Runway.miz Quick guide to configure ABRIS and LCD mini monitor Quick Countermeasure Editor v1.3.0 Core i5 3570K 4.0Ghz | GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD | Crucial M4 120GB | 8GB DDR3 1600 MHZ | ASUS GTX 670 | AOC LED 23" | AOC LCD 24" | HYBRID DUAL THROTTLE (SAITEK THROTTLE QUADRANT + SUNCOM DUAL THROTTLE) | CH FIGHTERSTICK | SAITEK PRO PEDALS |
WarriorX Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 Hi Jag, just flew it. Man, finding infantry with manpads in the tree's is near impossible without labels on. I would add a JTAC for those running without labels. The loadout was a little heavy. I would consider just 2 MK84's and move the 2 GBU's to the center line. The Mk 84's had no profile loaded in the DSMS so I had to create one on the way to the target. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "Is that you John Wayne?.......Is this me?" And yes locate a truck or infantry in the trees it's almost imposible, but the idea too was they were hide not expose. :smilewink: By the way nice radio tutorial I find it very usefull. Saludos Quick guide to configure ABRIS and LCD mini monitor Quick Countermeasure Editor v1.3.0 Core i5 3570K 4.0Ghz | GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD | Crucial M4 120GB | 8GB DDR3 1600 MHZ | ASUS GTX 670 | AOC LED 23" | AOC LCD 24" | HYBRID DUAL THROTTLE (SAITEK THROTTLE QUADRANT + SUNCOM DUAL THROTTLE) | CH FIGHTERSTICK | SAITEK PRO PEDALS |

mtuckner Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Enjoyed the mission. Very heavy lifting off, felt like the Spruce Moose. Also, was there supposed to be any feedback after killing your primaries?
Chicki Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Warrior. How exactly do you create that profile for the Mk 84s? Is it in the DSMS section of the manual? Thanks pal. Enjoyed your radio tutorial also.
