Hope that this helps, my english is bit rusty  And crossfire is not supported i think :book: Oculus CV1, Odyssey, Pimax 5k+ (i5 8400, 24gb ddr4 3000mhz, 1080Ti OC ) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
JujuMan Posted January 18, 2011 Author Posted January 18, 2011 Thanks for the reply, will force CCC options. Shame about the Crossfire, never mind, still great performance. Does it make any noticible difference if V-Sync is enabled/Disabled in Black Shark? Is there an FPS limit somewhere in the config files to set? Thanks for the advice. Frazer Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Is there an FPS limit somewhere in the config files to set? yes: Ka-50/Config/graphics_bs (open with Notepad) Scroll fully down and look for "MaxFPS = 40;" (default is 0, meaning no limit) 1 Forum | Videos | DCS:BS Demo1 / Demo2 | YouTube Channel [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
JujuMan Posted January 18, 2011 Author Posted January 18, 2011 Thank you, found it. Set to 40. _________________________________________

ben1101 Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 Sometimes when catalyst AI is on, the cockpit starts to miss some textures, or at least it did for me. I have a XFX HD 5850 and have 4XAA and 16XAF and get between 20 and 60fps. Hopefully as the DCS series matures they will bring all the optimizations forward to the first titles and enable things like crossfire and multi core processing etc. which will be da bomb :) Oh yeah, it pays to make two profiles in the CCC manager if you also have DCS A-10 with all options application controlled as I noticed when forcing gfx options on A-10 it slowed the game right down. DarkFire Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 Thanks for the info everyone. I've not had any cockpit texture anomalies with Catalyst AI on, but what I have noticed is that terriain, specifically water, can render very strangely at very low angles of incidence. I'll give it a try with the AI off.
