In my opinion, they are expensive and poorly documented. Given my experience with Saitek products I would just as soon avoid them.

I have an X52 Pro, the Pro Rudder Pedals, The Flight Yoke and Throttle Quadrant, and while they work somewhat well, the mechanical design of the various units are sloppy at best and the SST software continuously blue-screens my Windows Vista.

Cheers,

Pogo

YOu should post such thing in theyr MKT section POGO.

I already posted they are too expansive , especially if not compatible with the most of the sims ot there and have to develop ourselves.

And if they want to sell such they better start working seriously on compatibility.

Actually, there is little point to that Succellus, I am definately not the market they are aiming at. If anything, I am part of a very niche market that is willing to pay for quality, while Saitek is aiming more at the mass market.

Saitek, and even Thrustmaster with the Warthog, are forced to make certain design compromises to package their HOTAS' into a desktop format.

It is cheaper and easier to build an analog instrument such as a VSI for the A-10C than to try to adapt one of their products, at least from my perspective.

Well i strongly disagree with comment and posture.

What you say is inconsistent...

Lauching a mass market product that only adapt to 2 games ? I guess no.

If you look at the market, anything Cougar lvl is niche market.

And these kind of instrument well, its entusiast screaming all around :D

And as they have multifuncionality, they are adaptable to almost all kind of flight sim.

If i where you i would still complain. If nobody show interest they will not push forward, its in the best interest (mine too) of the comunity.

If you know other and better instruments could you point me ?:helpsmilie: i ve no idea where to acquire such. and i would like 2 or 3 like ILS, art horizon and gas/oil pressure. I don t want anything specific, just to build a mockup multifunctional cockpit.
