hassata Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 The buttons could have used less effort to push in The pressure required is modeled on the actual RL HOTAS! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Steel Jaw Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 You Win. I am Done here... Succellus Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 On topic though, I have now flown dozens of hours with my TM Warthog and for me it's the most stable and precise piece of hardware I have ever used on a computer. No glitches, rock solid and very smooth. The buttons could have used less effort to push in -in my view- but that's just a minor nitpick on my side. Overal a very good piece of kit and for me well worth its price. I guess I am lucky I never had ANY of the trouble or complaints some others had on these boards. Yskonin your on AMD your probably as safe from failures, no AMD bricking detected so far. GGTharos Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Actually they require the same pressure and give the same feedback as the real deal - I've tried them to make sure :) The buttons could have used less effort to push in -in my view- but that's just a minor nitpick on my side. Overal a very good piece of kit and for me well worth its price. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

Yskonyn Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 I know its modelled after the real deal, button resistances and all. :D It's just a personal opinion of mine. They could have made them a bit less resistant to push. For my frail fingers... Then again I might just need to 'man up'. ;) Succellus I am not on AMD. Yskonyn Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Lol, for you maybe! :D What kinda hands do you have, I wonder? Yeti size and power? GGTharos Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Neither. I use the force - I don't even have to touch the stick ;) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
Yskonyn Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 (edited) So why do you care about the button resistance then? Or are they so resistant that the force ain't enough to push them in either? :D Edited February 3, 2011 by Yskonyn [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Asus Z390-E, 32GB Crucial Ballistix 2400Mhz, Intel i7 9700K 5.0Ghz, Asus GTX1080 8GB, SoundBlaster AE-5, G15, Streamdeck, DSD Flight, TM Warthog, VirPil BRD, MFG Crosswind CAM5, TrackIR 5, KW-908 Jetseat, Win 10 64-bit ”Pilots do not get paid for what they do daily, but they get paid for what they are capable of doing.
