Multimonitors solved!!!

anyone else who wants to run in multimonitors

Two things needed first, grant yourself full permissions as admin. Change default windows setting of 'Hide Files' to 'see files'(this is where the Options.lua is that nobody can find)

ALL THIS TO BE WRITTEN IN 'NOTEPAD++'

I have two monitors, centre, 1920x1080 and right monitor 1280x1024, the top left hand corner of the centre one is 0.0.

calculate how you want screens to look then put pixel numbers and name of setup in 'multimonitor setup.lua' (thats found in c\progamefiles86\eagledynamics\ka50\config\monitorsetup

 

here's mine

Thank you! I just set up A-10c the other day with my dual monitor setup and was wondering if there was something similar to it with Black Shark. Gunna set this up when I get home tonight (If Beta6 doesn't come out!)

I have a problem about this issue. Could you help me to solve? Actually I don't know if there's any solution... Let me tell you.

 

I connect 20" Lcd to laptop. And I want to use both screens in BlackShark. But I couldn't do that. Is it possible that? I mean I want to see cockpit on the left (Lcd) monitor and (for ex.) ABRIS on the right (laptop) monitor. Note that, I have only one display card (laptop). When two monitors are on, I select options about "monitors" in Options menu. But then it displays everything in one monitor. Laptop's monitor displays my desktop!.

 

Colin; Can I solve this like the way you did?

 

(By the way; I'm still scanning all forum and reading all parts topic by topic. So, I'm so sorry if I'm asking the question that asked many times before.)

Well I would fly more night missions if I could get that NVG aspect ratio issue fixed.

I think it might have something to do with the wide screen.

I have tried all the above lua adjustments, in an attempt to have Shkval and Abris on a second, 19" monitor, on the left of my main monitor, no joy!

 

The Nvidia desktop ( for the left monitor) is set as "extended monitor". Have any of you guys got this running with 1.02, on W7 and Nvidia?

 

I think I will abandon the attempt, especially since there seems to be a bug when using NVG's.

 

Just thought I would ask?

OK that explains it then. They broke multi monitor NVG it with 1.02.

As I like to fly online, 1.01 is no good to me.

I am trying to run 3 monitors in eyefinity and have tried every suggestion I have found to get my FOV off of my HUD to no avail. I changed my CameraViewAngleLimits[PlaneIndex.iKA_50] file to 240 as suggested in another forum, I am in windows mode, resolution set to 5760x1080, aspect at 5.3333, with 1 monitor selected,(selecting 3 monitors works, but i get the fisheye effect) So as I zoom out it seems to work but the more I zoom out the slower the game operates until its a complete slide show. Not sure what im missing, my computer has more then enough juice to run it. I do not have this problem in A-10C so I'm really lost why my FPS calapes while I zoom out....HELP...my specs are blow and I dont think just because my center montior is 26" and my 2 sides are 24" would it make a difference? Like I side A-10C runs fine in this config.
