It doesn't stop anyone from detecting it. Still a myth as far as stealth goes - proof enough should be the fact that T-50 uses what we consider conventional stealth today. But if you have conventional stealth and add plasma stealth you have a almost invisible plane. I have just asked to one of the physics that works with me, and he say that there is a thesis of a Russian describing the effect of the plasm and the radars and he also says that is not that the plane become invisible is that is harder to see it in a radar. He also say that there is another thesis describing how to achieve the same effect using antennas and other equipment. Shinigami Out.... Be realistic Russia can't afford more great Su-34s, fleet of new carriers and you say that they will make unique stealth solution.... this needs money, where unfortunately Russian army don't have... not so much at least. :) But as famous sentence says...
