Rusty_M Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 would be cool if some company made a stick base, then sold various replica sticks/throttles separately. A sort of modular design. The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine! http://www.twitch.tv/rusty_the_robot https://www.youtube.com/user/RustyRobotGaming
RogueRunner Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 would be cool if some company made a stick base, then sold various replica sticks/throttles separately. A sort of modular design. This was the original idea with the Cougar but it never panned out. The Warthog has the same connector and should be technically possible but I doubt it will ever happen. With the price of ammunition these days do not expect a warning shot.

Sokol1_br Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 (edited) would be cool if some company made a stick base, then sold various replica sticks/throttles separately. A sort of modular design. This guy make, whit laser cut metal pieces, 14 ball bearings, springs with 3 adjust. Suitable to replace in X-45, X-52, seems that test with Cougar and CH too. Or use this gimbal build your own stick, with electronics that they sold: Mjoy controller and MaRS sensors. http://avia-sim.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=601 http://avia-sim.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=573 The problem: How buy this from Russia? This people too have a Universal base: http://www.valiant-studio.eu/tarmac/html/en/hangar.php Our electronics handle 8 axis, 32 buttons an HAT - in fact use one well know BU0836. The fact is: the community is focused only in F-16, F-18, F-xx... grips, since 96/97 when Tm and CH make the firsts F-16 lookalike sticks. Sokol1 Edited March 17, 2011 by Sokol1_br
