rob10 Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 I'm hoping I'm just going blind, but I can't find a binding for the autopilot button. I'd really like to assign it to a button because finding it is a pain. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Tone71 Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 It's on the command list under LAAP Engage/Disengage (by default mapped to the '1' key). Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i7-9700K @ 4.6GHz, Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (8GB VRAM) on 34" LG curved monitor @ 3440x1440, 32GB RAM, TrackIR 3 (with Vector Expansion), Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Saitek Combat Pedals, Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs.
Bahger Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 The "1" key? I thought it was "l" (i.e. lower-case "L"). Rob10, if you have a HOTAS with the left throttle button ("Pinky Switch") function mapped, AP engage/disengage is LTB UP in the A-10.
BlackRazor Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 It's actually the 'a' key, it was '1' in early betas but was changed by beta 4.
rob10 Posted April 9, 2011 Author Posted April 9, 2011 Thanks for all the replies. I'm don't have a combat throttle so I'm using the buttons and throttle on my flight yoke for whatever doesn't fit on the joystick. It's actually working out pretty well Thanks, Robert
Scratchy Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 :lookaround: It's bound to Q in my setup. nomdeplume Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 There's two buttons for the autopilot, one on the throttle base LASTE section, on one on the throttle itself. Q is the default key binding for the throttle button.
