Bahger Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 I feel your pain, Sobek, but if you boys had changed the default NET settings to 01/01 in 1.1.0.7, you wouldn't be dealing with people complaining that JTAC doesn't work!
Frogfoot1606687865 Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 The problem is that if you change your group ID to 1 your fellow flight members (AI) remain on the original setting. This is a minor glitch but it would be nice to see fellow flight members as blue circles on the TAD. WarriorX Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 You can switch between them...If you and your flight are on 03 when you take off, just switch to 01 before contacting JTAC. Once you get the data triangle, then switch your net ID back to Group 03 and give it to your flight. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "Is that you John Wayne?.......Is this me?" The net ID settings are dependant on the amount of friendly flights within the mission, it's supposed to be dynamic. The JTAC data is another issue that's better corrected by fixing that issue, rather than crippling another feature.
