CarneyUK Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 I've just ordered a track ir 5, second hand (only used once) with the baseball cap clip thing. What is the software I need to use with DCS A10C 64bit, with Windows 7 64bit? "The sky is not the limit.....it's my playground!!" @paraglidecass

Everyone I have spoke to says it is a must for DCS A10C!! :D And if you have the metal thing put on your hat, do remember to put some tape over the dot in the middle of your new hat! Or use one of your old hats. Otherwise you get in trouble whit to many inputs for trackir to handle. IE red dots. And then you have to fight trackir instead of the A10C! asparagin Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 I would suggest you get a cap you don't need and sew the tracker to it. Like this you don't have to worry about it falling off and get broken. Agreed, it also means you just need to keep the hat straight, not straighten the hat, then straighten the clip on it etc, results in the best tracking! 476th vFG Alumni
CarneyUK Posted May 5, 2011 Author Posted May 5, 2011 Track IR arrived, installed the software, plugged it in and fitted the clip to my headset (not track clip pro.) Fired it up, adjusted a few settings and hey presto it worked great. If you haven't got Track IR....GET IT!!! :D "The sky is not the limit.....it's my playground!!" @paraglidecass
