HI.

 

A few month ago, I made a refund request for DCS:A-10. (March 20. 2011)

 

After I deactivated the product, I got the answer from Tez (Alexander S.) from the support team that it's okay and that I will get my money back.

 

Then I send him another Message in the Ticket System. I told him that I have only a Moneybookers.com Pre-Paid CreditCard (Mastercard).

 

He said he want to investigate it and answer me.

 

That was at April 17. 2011 - more than 6 weeks ago.

 

I ask again 2 times about the process. But I still had no answer yet. And still no money yet.

 

So I go this way now.

 

I dont know whats going on or whats the problem. But if I do not get a satisfying answer until June 30. I will make a report to the police as fraud/commercial fraud (not sure whats the correct term in english) - I don't like to do that. But after more than 2 month without any result and 6 weeks without any answer I have no idea how to handle it elseway.

 

If any Moderator/Admin need the ticketnumber or any other information, just ask.
