Mustang Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 I set my ATI 5670 to "high performance" which is the "3rd best" setting out of 4 possible options. High perfromance means the least best image quality.
Viper101 Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 5670's can handle FC2 well. Go into the custom settings and change them to Override application. Chance AA to at least 4X or 8X, AA mode to Multisampling, Antisotropic filtering to at least 4X or 8X, V-sync off, and Mipmap details to High Quality. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Zakatak Posted June 28, 2011 Author Posted June 28, 2011 High perfromance means the least best image quality. Sorry, quality, I meant quality. I moved it all the way to "Optimal Quality" and got practically no framerate loss (maybe 2FPS), and the game looks much better now. Thanks!
aap_flanker Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 I highly recomend that you use the next configuration to get the best quality results: AA to at least 4X or 8X it's ok AA mode to supersampling Antisotropic filtering 16X V-sync on triplebuffering on and Mipmap details: High Quality that video cards easily eats FC2......
