Rhinox
Is it possible to uninstall LO 1.0.x as soon as LO:FC 2.x has been installed? I suppose once installed, those products are actually independent from each other, despite of LO 1.0.x being required during LO:FC 2.x installation. If it is so, I'd like to get rid of LO 1.0.x, it is just taking space on my expensive ssd-drive... BTW, how actually is this checked during installation? Does LO:FC 2.x installer looks for specific LO 1.0.x files (I do not believe it checks all of them), or registry entries, or what? Even if LO 1.0.x is required all the time (not only during LO:FC 2.x installation), it would be much better to keep just required "footprint" of LO 1.0.x, instead of full LO 1.0.x installation... Ciboulette
Please, can you tell me which uninstaller I must run to remove LO+FC1? Last time I tried I did not know wich one I had to choose. I picked something like "flaming cliff" uninstaller and it removed FC2

EtherealN
Please, can you tell me which uninstaller I must run to remove LO+FC1? Last time I tried I did not know wich one I had to choose. I picked something like "flaming cliff" uninstaller and it removed FC2  See attached picture. 1.2.1 is FC2. The one with just Lock On is LOMAC and can be uninstalled. EtherealN
Just make sure to double-check that you see the right one. I don't know what FC1 would look like, but it should say something akin to Lock On v1.12b. LOMAC is 1.0 FC1 is 1.1x FC2 is 1.2x EDIT: And "fast"? Meh, normally I get these within 5 minutes... :P [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester

Just to be sure, I uninstall: Flaming cliff first: "Lock On 1.1" Then LockOn: "Lock On air combat simulation" Is that right ? Thx
EtherealN
Correct. Leave the 1.2.1 alone, and uninstall the other two.
