Essah Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 So I was wondering why ED chose the Crimea and Kuban theater to center Lock on around (and now inherited by DCS) The fact that the 2008 South-Ossetian war happened after the first game where the choice was made shows that it wasnt based on that. (which makes it an odd coincidence that a war happened in the exact same area) anybody know what made ED choose Kuban/crimea as the theater?
combatace Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Its was the most critical area during the Cold war. Its the was the border for the USSR and NATO. To support my models please donate to paypal ID: hp.2084@gmail.com https://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Artists/hero2084?referral=hero2084
EtherealN Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Not sure I'd say the most critical area - germany would probably win that honor.
