yes it is a mirage 3,the only other aircraft that looks similer is the Kfir ,which is a redisigned mirage5 with canards where that country marking is...

Yes Brit, Fin was there with his ear muffs on looking like he was an air traffic controller. I think one of those pictures is the one on display at Elvington!
