Ok, I just picked up BS2, and I'm trying to do a simple flight around Batumi. I did the auto-start, however once the rotors start going, it's as if the cyclic goes to full forward and I start rolling to a crash situation. I then tried just starting a flight already in the air, but the nose drops quickly as if I am holding my stick full forward. In holding full back stick, and pressing the trim button, nothing happens. When I let go of the stick (to center) the helo starts doing an inverted loop. Even if I hold back stick to maintain level flight, the rotors end up clipping each other and I go down. I'm using the TM Warthog. Any solutions possible?

Have you checked what is going on if you have the control input indicator up? Ctrl-Enter brings it up. Then you can see if the stick is performing any unwanted inputs.

Have you checked that you do not have any double control mappings in Axis Commands? It is possible that the incr/decr axis got mapped to something, for example.

yep, I saw that (ctl-Enter) and what it was doing, even on the ground, was setting the stick full forward. When doing the Ctrl T to center the trim, it would go to center, then back to full forward. Viper, thought of doing a track, but read further.

EDIT: I think I figured out the issue. I had selected (oddly enough) to sync HOTAS controls at start, in the settings. Unchecking this set everything to work. For some reason the HOTAS sync was sending wrong inputs. Now I just have the issue that sometimes pressing the trim button makes all my control inputs turn off (nothing moves: cyclic, collective, rudder) until I press the trim button a few times.

Also note that if your controllers are not properly centering (wonky pots etcetera) then it might not be sending a centered signal even though the controller is physically centered. In this case, if using the alternative mode (the mode that waits for centering) it'll just sit there waiting to get that signal. In this case, you'd have to introduce some deadzone to the offending controller.

It probably has to do then with the rudders not sending (PeterP, I'll get to your PM about it shortly). Is there any way possible to just get a trim system like the A-10 for the cyclic?

I'm still getting the controls locked upon hitting the trim button. Even if I take my hands off the controls, feet off the pedals, It's locked. I have to press the reset trim (Rctrl+t) in order to get control back of my controls. Doing this while trying to setup for a landing can be (and has been) catastrophic.

Turn off the central trimmer position in the misc options.

You are not centering the controls quickly enough. To alleviate this issue, untick the 'CENTRAL POSITION TRIMMER MODE' box in the options.
