Just an FYI, if anyone is interested, latest GPU-z version 0.5.6 in Sensors tab now has Memory Usage (Dedicated) and Memory Usage (Dynamic) value so you can check how much memory is used on the video card.

 

I fired up DCS A-10C and it was showing fairly constant 950-997MB usage and FC2 it went max to about 700MB. I have 2 ATI cards HD5870 and HD4760, both have 1GB of VRAM (HD5870 is main video card), clearly the video card with 1GB of VRAM is not enough for DCS titles any more (if you want high(er) graphics settings) but more then enough for FC2

Hit 1716mb vram on the ramp before startup. I'm glad I picked a 2gb card when I finally talked my wife into letting me upgrade.
