have try your track Alexrey, i see you have the 2 flags, and no sound of the ILS ..

So i have just put a plane on the same airport with the editor for check.

As you see no problem there. ( Bar was on stow, so they not appear )

That's very strange, has anyone else had the problems that I'm facing?

Yes, happens to me quite often on multiplayer servers when trying to land at senaki. Some maps it works , some it doesnt

Can it be a conflict with mission made before 1.10 and run in 1.10 patched game ? with 1.09 or even lower version.

Don't think so. I made a quick mission in the editor of fog at batumi and my aircraft a few km away on approach. I played it over and over perfecting ILS approaches with zero visibility. On about 1 out of 10 replays the ILS would not give me any glide slope information. Everything was working fine but it just wouldn't work.

I think it may have been an issue that I was outside the glide slope so it was off but I flew over the runway about 100ft too high and had to do a missed approach with the glide slope never activating on ILS.

My ILS is quite hard to fathom. If I enable it on the NMSP, the bars do not appear but if I turn it off on the NMSP the bars do appear (bars are enabled, not stowed and the ILS is powered on and tuned on the right console panel). Plus my ILS flat out will not work at Batumi.

Resurrecting an old thread, but posting here just in case somebody else is looking for solutions.

I had a similar issue: TACAN and ILS freqs correctly set up, navigation set to ILS rather than steerpoint etc., but getting the red bars and neither horizontal nor vertical cues on the ADI.

Problem was my ILS was off even though I thought I had switched it on.

Reason for this is that ILS "on" and "off" state indicators are, to me, VERY misleading.

You see, flipping the ILS switch back and forth, I thought that the white line indicated its current state, so if the white line is pointing to "PWR" it was on. I was mistaken. Turns out the white line pointing to "OFF" means that it is on. I guess the idea is that there are white lines coming out of both OFF and PWR, and switch has a black extension that shows its current state, and this extension blocks part of the white line of "PWR" of it is on and "OFF" if it is off. Confused yet?

Well, look at this (GREAT) set of instructions here:

http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=101213

The image just below "4) Set ILS: Frequency to 110.30 (3) and switch to ON (4, left mouse click)." shows what it looks like with the ILS actually on: solid white line leading to "OFF", and just a stub of line at "PWR".

With this the ILS is actually on and functioning.

Until I get close to the airport, there is still a red bar on the left side of the ADI and no vertical glide slope cue. But, sure enough, it kicks in eventually.
