I just checked my profile. I'm no longer able to see my serial for BS1...

Thanks, I had a bit of to much vodka last night, xmas and all, reading what I wrote, well I feel a bit like I acted like an ass, (reason for my deletions)but true my serial is still missing, but it's ok since I'm going to get BS2 instead/maybe, on special now :)

By the way I have no software link as you posted on the main page as you can see:

However BS1 is still missing / disappeared, good thing I still have it installed, however thinking of the bigger picture here, I might be an isolated case, but then again I cannot confirm. I might have 2 different logins. But to my understanding ALL my purchases should be showing up, right?

By the way, ED ticket system seems not working I have no confirmation button or ok button showing....

 

Was it submitted or what? i have no clue. Please remedy both, my BS activation and the ticketing system you have supplied. Proof of purchased included....

Since I'm unable to submit a ticket, i would appreciate that you can forward this to ED's attentions. Yes I still think that BS1 users should be able to get that "patch" for free, I paid for this product on that same intention. BS2 is a patch.... I do not agree with this.. Yes more Eye candy, Yes on more fixes. But I paid for this product, haven't I? What now? next DCS module, after this a10, to be compatible on our previous purchase. I will be force to pay for that patch? It is insulting to my view.... Ok rant off now. By the way I purchased this product on the intention that ALL updates on current modules would be

FREE

Until this gets fixed for some that matters. I will not buy BS2. Simple, my previous products should be listed. Until then, no. However I'm anxious of getting BS2. But protecting my own investment is a prime. Hopefully ED can understand that.

Note that you have to press the actual download link for the bs1 product, you should go Downloads > Software > Black Shark English, not the section you posted a screenshot of. Basically, navigate as if you were to download the full installer.

 

Ill try to check out the ticket issue, unfortuntely most staff is off for the holidays so i cannot give a sure timeframe.

Sory I cheated, just boughpt a Sharp Aqua 42 inches just for my desk, WOW is the word, I`m giddy lol. I know not a 52... Well I have no place on my desk for that, but playing BS2 on a 42 min, well, impressive ED I`m in love again lol I`m love with you ED... Thanks, just keep myserial alive and I`lll be happy.

Sorry to hear that. My issue was fixed to some extent by purchasing BS2. What is the issue? Can't activate it? Once you go BS2, then BS1 is obsolete...

Note regarding the serial in the download page: proceed all the way to the actual download link. That is: Downloads > Software > DCS: Black Shark (English Download Version) > Proceed to download. Then you should see the exact sane thing as in my screenshot.

 

I verified that it works now with Chrome, but if the login fails for some reason, please try a different browser. There have been reports that the login doesn't behave well in some cases and I'm trying to track down specific browser version where this happens.

the trouble I find is that the website will not allow me to login using google chrome or internet explorer.

 

The only way I can login to see my keys is using internet explorer 64bit. then I can see my keys.

Maybe the serial of blackshark 2 do work with blackshark1 ? (i ll give it a try tonight)

 

maybe there is another way to installed blackshark 2 without the activation of blackshark1

 

it s the first time i can find a serial of a downloaded game.... i keep an excel file .... and i can find all my other serial a10, flaming cliff but no blackshark.

 

i hope the support can send me my serial

First, confirm you are correctly logged in.

Also, confirm you do not have a second account with the added number "1" at the end. ( see here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=57556 )

1 - Ensure you are properly logged in.

2 - Click Downloads

3 - Ensure you are in the Software subdirectory.

4 - Scroll down to the appropriate version of BS1, press "proceed to download".

5 - Any serial numbers associated to your account will then be displayed here.

 

If you do not have any visible serial number there, and you are sure you are using the correct account with which you made this purchase, make sure to try logging in with an added "1" to the user name, as explained in the link near the top.

Yes, activation is necessary.

 

(Otherwise it would be possible for anyone to just download and install BS1, without purchase, since the downloads are available without purchase.)
