Tozzifan Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Hi, I'm not able to find in any manual (nor in the forum) the controls indicator (Rctl-Ent) in-depth description my questions: 1 although my stick and rudder appear to be centered in Warthog's utility, there I have the diamond off center although not touching the stick, and the rudder slights off center to the right, even keeping my feet off it 2 - there is a "B" flashing: what does it means? - in the lower left of the controls indicator window there appears another reference scale: for what peripheral is it? thanks (and sorry for missing the answers, anywhere they are, of course there are ... :) ) win10 - win7 // 1080 // creative Fatal1ty // WartHog Hotas // trackIr5 // 3d vision // Saitek Trim wheel // CH Throttle Quadrant // Saitek pedals // Oculus CV1
EvilBivol-1 Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Should be on pg. 13-11 of the Flight Manual. Check your controller input axes in the Input Options of the game. Karon Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Hi, there is a "B" flashing: what does it means? Wheel brakes ON, toggle with Shift+W, if I remember well. JG14_Smil Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 (edited) Throttle position is low left. Collective is left side. B is parking brake, H is hover mode. A is you know what. Don't be afraid to increase deadband for better control. Try calibrating in Windows game controls too. Edited February 1, 2012 by JG14_Smil

Could be that you are not trimmed properly. Press CTRL-T to reset the trim. It should pop everything to the center. Keep in mind that with non Force Feedback devices, when you let go of the trim button it will take the current stick/pedal positions and make those the default "center" positions. For example, I have the same situation with my rudder pedals. If I'm pressing the left pedal to turn left and I let go of the trim button, if I keep pushing the left pedal my A/C will start turning left even faster. In order to maintain my turn rate after trimming I need to let go the pedal entire, and the new "neutral" position of the pedals is as if I was pushing the left pedal still. So to set the rudder back to middle position, I'd have to to push the right pedal and then trim (using CTRL-ENTER as reference to tell me when the rudder is back in the middle). Alternately, I could just press CTRL-T to recenter the trim. 2- The flashing B means you have your parking break on. The growing red triangle is your brake "pressure". The more you press it, the more you break. SHIFT-W I believe engages and disengages the parking break. The scale on the lower left is your collective, I believe. Itkovian
