James Price is one of the original hobby flight sim guys. For years his sim was located in a hangar in Livermore California. He was one of the first to use big iron, aircraft salvage as the basis of his project. His is an eye catching project that is all the more impressive when you realise that he built it before there was a large support community of flight sim fanatics.

Thats an impressive pit. I have a lot of respect for the time and effort commercial simmers put into their creations. There are some outstanding examples out there. I often get comments on my tiny pit along the lines of: "you should get you pilots license" or "you could have bought a plane".......

 

I show these projects to the people who say stuff like that. Just like flying a military A/C you can't just go down to the airport and rent a 737 or A10C for the day so this is our next best option.
