jk9 Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 I tried headtracker plugin I used for A-10C but it seems that it is not working with DCS World. I really have to be sure about this before getting a beta copy of P-51D. Can someone tell me if Freetrack is working with P-51D or not? Thx!
lanmancz Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Yup, same here. I tried both 32bit and 64bit (I use 64 with my other DCS sims) headtracker.dll and none of them work. Any tips ? TurboHog Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Has more to do with DCS World and will be a future issue for BS2 and A10C if no solution is found before their integration... A thread has already been started in the DCS World bugs and problems forum 'Frett'
jk9 Posted April 30, 2012 Author Posted April 30, 2012 Oh not again! Just can't understand what ED doing. Just can't. ED must have more power than netualpoint I assume, then why they have to do this. *Not so happy face*

jk9 Posted May 1, 2012 Author Posted May 1, 2012 Got it! It is working now. I installed both DCS World and P-51D together without betakey which was the reason it didn't work. I uninstalled everything and installed only DCS World this time. Now it works great after copying headtracker folder inside \bin. Once I get P-51D betakey, I am sure I will have no problem playing it with Freetrack. I assume the Activation process caused all this problem.
amigastar Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Sorry to disappoint you jk9 but i tried just that. installing DCS World then copy the headtracker folder inside \bin then play the sim, exiting, installing mustang and type in serial but it didn't work.
jk9 Posted May 1, 2012 Author Posted May 1, 2012 Nooooo. amigastar is right. I bought the betakey and tried but no go. So DCS World itself works okay with Freetrack but once I install P-51D, Freetrack ceases to work. What the heck is wrong with P-51D!!
