Interesting. Got my hands on this. Seems very simplistic, fun though. Single player only.

Thoughts?

I'm finding the avionics are VERY simplistic. Otherwise, it's not too shabby, kinda fun really.

The copy that I own did not work with TIR5 and the product is not in the list of supported products within the TIR application either. If it works it is news to me but the visuals are certainly nothing to get excited about anyway.

Well, everyone flys with TIR. There are alot of MODs, via the combatace webside, terrains, effects, sounds......a mission editor you have aswell now, but a simple one..

SH4 was halfway decent once it was heavily modified too, but life is too short to deal with a game that isn't worth playing until after you track down a bunch of mods for it.

I wouldn't agree, its quite playable without mods as well since all they add is better terrain and more planes. As far as I know, SF2 doesn't have any mods that make it more realistic. The problem is that it lack mod packs, you need to download each file separately and make your own.
