I recently purchased Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 2, and the copy that I received did not have any kind of activation key or anything. Who can I contact to receive one? I am just made because I paid good money for this and I can't get the game to work? :helpsmilie:

I need some help too, guess the topic will do it. Get ready, this one is tough. Facts first.

 

1. I bought DCS-A10C in march, got the download version, 1.1.1.1. installer. Activated it right after, but had crashed, low memo and WinXP32, so I didn't touched it until new OS.

 

2. Haven't deactivated it in XP!

 

3. New OS (Win7) up, DCS-A10C same installer, same activation code, I've activated it yesterday, Single Player works fine!

 

4. DCS-World up, recently downloaded installer.

 

5. Open beta of A-10C module for DCS: World installed.

 

6. DCS-World goes fine in SP, but:

 

7. NONE of the two programs working in Multiplayer - after logging in, instant message: "Invalid Serial Number"

 

8. When I go to protect.exe and try to reactivate, it says its already activated

 

9. Gone to this site after viewing wiki troubleshooting, http://proactive.star-force.com/2.0/activate.php it also say, Activated, to both hardware codes. Can this be a problem? Do I have to deactivate it in old OS? If not, I've run out of ideas.

 

10. Also another interesting thing, when going to DCS.com and logging in, at Payments section there's nothing except "You have not bought anything. " Whaaat???

 

- tried reinstalling things,

- no, I'm not entering the transaction code

- tried running as administrator, no luck

- tried making icecream in the process, no luck so grabbed a beer.

Lefty, if you purchased through Digitalcombatsimulator.com, when logging into the master server for online play, use the login and password of your account on the aforementioned site; license keys obtained through this method are automatically associated to this account.

 

Note that you can change your displayed name in the MP interface, if necessary.

Wow, that waz quick. Thank you!

 

Sad news is, I see no purchased products. To be honest, I first thought I've bought A10 in steam, but no, so it must be DCS.com. I got my purchase verification e-mail from "webmaster@eagle.ru".

Still no luck, I try to login with DCS.com account. the login is accepted, but not the serial.

Hm. That does unfortunately sound like something is malfunctioning. I'd have to suggest you open a support ticket (see my signature). If you like, you can then PM me your ticket number and I can track it as well, I am curious about what could cause this myself. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

You have tried with the added "1" to the end of your username, in case you have had accounts on both digitalcombatsimulator.com and lockon.co.uk?
