timone1002 Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 i just bought a10c warthog, and i can play instant action but i get stuck in loading screens that never end (i left it up over night to see if it would ever load and it didnt) for training, and missions, how can i solve this problem?? here are my computers specs: 86 bit windows xp service pack 3 1.86 GHz, 2.00 gb of ram
Mustang Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 You're going to struggle there with 2gb RAM and a 32bit OS i'm afraid. Best bet is to try this out with your OS, good luck! http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1092529&postcount=38
Corrigan Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 There is a known bug with eternal load screens for training, but I dunno about missions. Win10 x64 | SSDs | i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz | 16 GB RAM | GTX 970 | TM Warthog HOTAS | Saitek pedals | TIR5
timone1002 Posted June 26, 2012 Author Posted June 26, 2012 thx alot that fixed it, but now the cities wont load in campaign, they just appear as flat representations of the buildings, also any recomendations for upgrades for my computer?
Pikey Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 any recomendations for upgrades for my computer? Trying not to sound like an ass but buy a new one, not a laptop, make your operating system win7 64bit, get at least 4GB Ram and aim for a fast core. An Intel i5 2500 sits at a nice level between performance and money. 100 bucks on any card is enough, tends to be the more you spend, the better the computer is up to a point. look at the cheapest, the most expensive and buy something between half and three quarters of the price of the most expensive usually. I think my work laptop has more CPU than yours, not even sure if that spec meets the minimum spec listed? Either way its not going to run well. ___________________________________________________________________________ SIMPLE SCENERY SAVING * SIMPLE GROUP SAVING * SIMPLE STATIC SAVING *
timone1002 Posted June 26, 2012 Author Posted June 26, 2012 yeah i was thinking about buying a new cpu and a bigger ram, and figuring out how to change the operating system to a 64 bit, yeah its not too bad its playable, but it does bug out alot.
