ShuRugal Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 The manual says absolutely nothing helpful about how this works, and i am unable to find any threads. What, exactly, does the auto-eject system do? What are the specific settings available?
rockstar13 Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Hi There. On the right side panel, there is the ejection system switches, which put in a simple way, there is an explosive charge which blows the rotor blades off the helicopter, then the ejector seat punches you out the top to a safe landing. If you go to settings, controls, you can assign a keyboard shortcut which you have to press 3 times for it to work. David
Shein Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 I think OP is thinking there is a means of having the helicopter automatically initiate the ejection process... which there is none. I believe "automatic" ejection system means once the ejection process is initiated, the rotor blades blowing off, the ceiling coming off, and the rockets launching the pilot to safety (lol) is automatic and requires no further action on the pilot's behalf. Hope this helps!
flanker0ne Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 As Shein said, is an automatic sequence, started voluntarily by the Pilot. SCOPRI DI PIU': https://www.amvi.it/joinus.php DISCORD COMBINEDOPS The Battle Planning Tool

But it is faster to just punch and hold the "Ctrl" (Left Control) key + E, E, E (3_times quickly). Even in real life, ejection is not an absolute guarantee of survival.
