About ticket response time - just in case you did created this tickets at the weekend:

 

When did you enter your support ticket? Note that if it was yesterday or today, it is a weekend and things will for obvious reasons be happening slower. Also note that support staff are located half a day ahead of you, timezone-wise, so if you entered your support request yesterday afternoon your time, it was far into evening for them.

Not sure of this ticket thingy really.

 

Waited a week to get the reply and still none the wiser.

 

The original ticket 14001 was raised by someone who wanted to transfer a serial number to my account - subsequently he has had confirmation this has been completed - yet I don't see the serial number anywhere (not totally sure where exactly it will be on my account?)

 

I raised ticket number 14015 simply to ask how, or if, Iwould be notifed (or should I just keep checking my account hoping it would turn up) that the transfer had taken place.

 

Response I got today simply said ask donator to raise a ticket!!!!

(which as stated previously has already been done and confirmed back to them as complete)

 

Yet I still don't see the transfered serial on my account anywhere.

 

Am I just looking in the wrong place?

Did you get an email? Or log in and then click on dowloads, BS2 upgrade version 1.1.1.1

No email other than the one asking for donor to raise ticket - which had done and recieved confirmation it was completed.

 

Been to downloads too on my account and no serial number recorded there.

I went through this with my buddy. The Donor should have an email with a copy of the serial number for you. Ask him to give you the serial. The game should be tied into your account if the ticket has been completed. You should not have any problems when you go connect to the master server via the multiplayer client.

 

Once you have the key, you should be able to just plug it in when asked and it wont generate an error.

No mad rush - just want to be advised when the serial is in my account (in case I need to reinstall etc)

 

And to clarify - I do actually have the serial (was sent by PM by donor and I have used it to upgrade already)

If the license transfer is complete, then you should be set. If you activate, and then login to the master server with that activation and your own password, and it works, then you know it has been transferred.

 

You should then also be able to see it on the download page while logged in to your account. (See http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=57556 )

In MP you log into the master server.

Just checked and can log into main server so obviously has been done "internally" so to speak - just not been added to my account as yet.

 

Thanks again for your help everyone - I will keep checking my account occasionally (but no rush - understand more important things to deal with)

 

Happy for my ticket to be closed in the meantime.

I hate to hijack here, but I'm having a similar issue. Ticket 14029 was submitted 28 June at 0533 MST. Aside from the initial automatic email, I have received zero communications. I'm just trying to transfer two keys to a friend's account. I was hoping this would be relatively straight forward.

Why is the rum always gone!?!?!?!

Have you verified through the ticket system that it has not been actioned? E-mails don't always come through.

Me too , I have 3 hours left on ticket 14125 until it reaches the 48Hour limit

Read again: That is not a limit.

 

Rather, think of the 48hrs as an average time within which the ticket will be dealt with. As stated in the linked post, dependant on circumstances, it could be longer.

 

Again - no limit.
