DCS World Centeing the GUI

Gents can someone point me to a post on how to get everything onto one screen in the DCS World GUI Screen. currently its spread accross two monitors on my setup.

I assume this would apply also to downsampling?

 

I'm downsampling my 27" DELL to 2560x1440; but the GUI and RECVR FLY buttons, etc are off the screen , which is a real PITA.
