Doesn't seem to happen too often, but I've seen at least one puck ejected upside down and firing upwards (the copper disk facing upwards instead of towards ground). Can't find 'em when looking for it, but it happens.

I don't see what the problem is. Clearly the submunition detected an alien T-80U on the surface of Mars and fired on it. I'd say it's working better than anyone could have expected! :detective:
