Updated the driver last night. I had the opposite of Smil.

Nice increase in FPS, on my 560ti 2gig. So far, loving the new driver.

Hello,

Thought I would do a follow up after a couple hours sleep. To be fair about the latest drivers, I just did a quick install and test without any optimizing the settings. I verified that I got my FPS back up into the 90+ range by going back to my 304.79 drivers, which have been best with my (2x) 1920x1080 monitors. My FPS dropped into the 50's with the latest set.

Now that I know I can fix my great setup, I'll give the latest drivers another shot when I get time.

394.79 vs 306.23

OK.

Have made tests with similar settings in both versions of NV drivers in the 'Attack Insurgents' instant mission.

306.23 - locked at 60 FPS, with Vsync enabled or not.

304.79 - back to my beloved 90+ FPS. Vsync enabled or not, with no visible tearing.

Easy choice for me. Two monitor setup, side by side in Wind'rs 7, top and bottom in my cockpit. Running SoftTH and exact same settings in both versions.

I also noticed performance seemed a little slower with the EVGA drivers version 306 so I'm gonna go back to 304 tomorrow and I'll maybe do a test before doing so to see what diff I get. MIght experiment with nvidia versus EVGA versions, too if I can be arsed
