Hi guys, I would love to install again the DCS World 1.2.0, because the 1.2.1 doesn't run too well in my pc, I have the installer of the 1.2.0 but I don't remember which one is the previous version of the hog and the P-51 prior to 1.2.1. Someone could tell me please what version was and are they still available for download?

Thanks in advance

They were versions 1.2.0 (same as world) Have you tried using the auto-updater to update your game since you installed it? They have released several patches to fix a lot of the framerate issues. You can run the auto-updater by going to the "Eagle Dynamics > DCS world > Update DCS World" link in your start menu. Try that and then see if you are still experiencing a lot of problems with 1.2.1. If the autoupdater is not running, try deleting the DCS world folder in your saved games folder. The current version of World is 1.2.1.6288. You can find the version number in the bottom right of the main menu screen.

Hi, yep I got the 6288 version, but the fps are really bad, with the 1.2.0 and my previous ati 5770 even with imported mfcd, rwr and other indicator it runs at 30 fps average, recently got a GTX 670 thinking it will run better the 1.2.1 and only win 10 fps, and it get worse because if the pod is switched on the fps down to 20 or 25 and the same with exported indicators. That's why I decide to install again the previous version.

However other games runs really smooth, battlefield 3 in ultra, rise of flight with everything set in max, except my favorite the warthog

By the way in case I don't found the 1.2.0 installer of the modules in my pc, are they available for download?

Thanks

hmmm, I'm not sure where to find 1.2.0 unfortunately. Have you tried looking around the forums and see if there are any tweaks you could do? Can you screen shot your in game settings? You might be able to turn down some of the settings and get a better fps.

JAG, I think the problem here is your seriously overwhelmed and somewhat outdated CPU. If there is any reasonable way for you to swap it, you should try that first. Your current CPU bottlenecks the entire system, which would also explain why that ASUS GT 670 didn´t give you much of a performance boost despite it being one of the most amazing cards out there.

Oh, and in case you are indeed shopping for a new CPU, for some reason the DCS series likes Intel much better.
