Can u skip missions in campain?

Playing Ka50 and A10 i started several campains? Then I had to reinstall windows? so all progress gone.

 

So how can i skip missions in campain or start new campain not from first mission?

 

 

 

Играя в КА-50 и А-10, я начал и наполовину прошел несколько кампаний, и затем слетела винда, соответственно весь прогресс пропал.

 

Вопрос таков: Можно ли в Ка-50-2 или А-10 пропустить некоторые миссии в кампаниях, или начать кампанию не с первой миссии?

One option is to play the campaign through mission editor:

 

Select mission editor, then select "open mission", and then browse to the campaign folder. The campaign missions are inside there in normal .miz format, so you can open and play them manually that way and select to continue from the campaign where you finished last time.

If you was looking for any "it is a good day to die" or "glittering prizes" cheat codes in BS, don't waste time, it doesn't exist ;)

Just follow EtheralN's advice if you lost your user folder when reinstalled Windoz for playing a specific mission

btw you lost all rank/points, but this is editable.

 

If you desire to restore your progress in a single player campaign, follow those steps :

 

Start one of each desired campaign (if you've didn't done it B4), then quit the game.

Go to C:/Users/Yourself/Saved games/DCS/MissionEditor/

Open logbook.lua with notepad++

 

search the word "games"

and there you go

Each started campaign are written here. Just manual Edit the campaign, stage, desired mission (must match with stage number)

ATTN : you must edit the last entries only. the resume campaign will read only the last entries.

Loosing the player log is to bad. Backup of user data is a great feature. There is tons of free backup agents online and a 500GB USB disk is almost thrown at you these days. Get the backup going before entering campaigns.

Another option is to open the campaign in the campaign builder and change the start stage to the mission you want.

 

Save the campaign and then play it. If you want to play it over you will have to remember to set the start stage back to 1.
