To those affected: it will resolve itself, when your ISP's proxy will clear it's cache.

If I'll come up with a more quick solution, I'll post it here.

Still stuck on .7122 for me...

Unpack the archive to any folder and run the dcs_refresh_update.bat inside.

After checking that updates are going well, you can delete the dcs_refresh_update\ folder and dcs_refresh_update.zip

Bit of a dummy here, this morning I found the graciously offered zip to get the update working.

 

I downloaded and ran the .bat file. Then opened up DCS World.

Updater finally started doing its thing. file were downloading, and after about 20 minutes it was obvious this was going to make me late to work. Soooo--- I canceled the downloading of update.

 

This evening;

Even running the .bat file again does not restart the update procedure.

What next? total re-install?

Did you try running the bat file then do: start/all programs/ etc etc/update dcs world?

It should NOT restart the update procedures. That .bat file just made your DCS to see an update (technically, it cleared the web-cache of update URLs on your ISP ).

It's up to you to continue the update using 'Update DCS World' item in the Windows Start menu.

Automatically, update works only once per day (yes, even when cancelled, but this weirdo is already fixed internally).

No I didn't use link in programs list, I just reopened DCS World, again. That's what started the update the first time.

Maybe I will try that.

I didn't wait for automatic check for update "once a day"

I tried updating with the start/program/ update thing, and it worked a charm.

I've read that there was another- but that it got rolled back... At least that's how I understood it... But as of this evening pst that was the latest version according to those on my server.
