Was there a second hotfix today?

I ran the updater today for the second time (in idle hope that they have fixed the constant online crashing) and it seemed that there was a new one, am I right or did my updater just do the same one from early today for some reason?

 

There is only one update listing on official forum thread about the updates so I am not sure.

That is the changelog for the first update that happened today, not the second.
