awdrgyjo Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 when flying a campaign or mission, i sometimes get a list of aircraft, doing different tasks on the ''F10'' other menu, I can call these aircraft, and appoint them a task. Is it best to do this straight away, or is there a technique so they are deployed at the correct time, thanks in advance.

WildBillKelsoe Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 as soon as you are able to raise them, and as soon as bandit calls or SAMs are detected. pay close attention to AWACS calls AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
