A-10C Huey mod !!!

Right , I was just flying on a server and loaded hardpoint 2 with a single MK.5 rocket pod .

 

Instead I got a 7.62mm minigun on hardpoint 2 , with an ammo box on hardpoint 1 ..... complete with Huey mount and ammo belt connecting the two .

 

I have taken screen shots , but dont know how to post them .

I've not flown in a couple of weeks. It would be interesting to find out if it's the incorrect weapon which has been installed, or if it's just the wrong weapon model that is displayed.

 

Either way, it's an amusing bug.

The rockets must be loaded with the LAU-168 to show correctly. If you use the LAU-31 it shows up as a minigun and ammo box.

I know this is an known issue, but I've not heard anyone mention the mirror issue that goes with it. The missing rocket launcher from the A-10 is in the UH-1's armament page. It fires rockets and not mini gun rounds.

Still fires the rockets, my wingman had it on last night, sure looks cool LOL
