Where are the instructions to force an update?

I got prompted yesterday for an auto update that I declined because I wanted to do a system backup before I aloowed it. So today I came home and did a system backup, loaded up DCS A10 and no prompt? I have been hunting through the forums, I see discussion about doing it a few ways, but no simple instructions? How do I check manulally for updates? I currently have 1.2.2 7286. Thanks
