How do I buy FC3? Or do I already own it?

How do I buy FC3? Or do I already own it? I'm confused...

 

I read the Activation and Download instructions. I have downloaded FC3 and installed into DCS World. I already had installed my old Lockon onto my computer.

 

When I run DCS World, it DOES NOT have the $ on the FC3 icon. So, do I already own it since I paid for Lockon and also FC2? Check this screenshot:

 

Why is there NO $ dollar sign? I must not need to pay any more...

But when I play FC3 and fly a plane, it pops up this:

 

Why is there NO $$$, but it pops up this Activation? How do I activate it?

Do I have to buy it again??

 

If I click 'buy' I get this::

 

WHERE IS THE CONTACT INFORMATION???

 

So you see, I am confused..

There is no dollar sign because you have installed it.

There is an activation box because you have not activated it.

To activate it, you need a serial number.

If you have not purchased an FC3 license, you will not have a serial number.

Thanks, but how do I purchase it? There is NO Contact information on that last screen. And on the download page I saw no way to purchase it. I just must have missed it somehow?

Should get you to the purchase screen - click 'add to cart' on the right, do what needs done and you're good to go :)

There is contact info as you can see from the following screenshot. The news gives you a purchase link:

 

 

You are however correct with there being a bug of sorts as the link takes you to the Modules page as opposed to the E-Shop page so if you did not know what to look for you would have a hard time finding the purchase link/page.

I don't mean to argue, but from a customer standpoint, when you get to this screen... I expected some 'contact information below'. I don't see any.

No, it's one price for all.

 

Having LO is an absolute requirement, for legal reasons, so having discounts for it would be a bit weird since you cannot install FC3 if you don't have LO.

The lack of sales information in that activation box is unfortunate, I believe it is a standardised message from the protection system provider.
