rrohde Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 I remember -- with an older iteration of the SU-27 Flanker franchise -- that there was some sort of A-A gun setting that would allow the pilot to keep the trigger squeezed until the radar would compute a trajectory that would guarantee a hit (considering the low amount of bullets the Flanker carries). I haven't found such a setting in FC3. Are you aware of that or am I missing something? Thanks. joey45 Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Probably taken out as I never seen it... Not even in LMAC/FC?. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. GGTharos Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Such a system was tested on a bunch of aircraft, but not used. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
rrohde Posted December 27, 2012 Author Posted December 27, 2012 I was wondering because it was indeed in the old Su-27 Flanker and the Su-27 Flanker: Squadron Commander's Edition. One would think that because of this it would be a feature that would carry over to FC3 as well. Guess not. :/ PC: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X | MSI Suprim GeForce 3090 TI | ASUS Prime X570-P | 128GB DDR4 3600 RAM | 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD | Win10 Pro 64bit Gear: HP Reverb G2 | JetPad FSE | VKB Gunfighter Pro Mk.III w/ MCG Ultimate VKBcontrollers.com
